About Reiki

Reiki is two Japanese words. Rei means "God's Wisdom or the Universal Power" and ki, which is "life force energy".  
A Reiki attunement allows the body to find its natural wisdom and life force alignment. Reiki is gentle and subtle with frequent profound effects.

The Reiki technique is based on the principle that the Reiki Master or practitioner channels Universal energy through to an individual by means of light touch or hands close to the body or hand-directed energy toward a group. This activates the natural healing processes of the person's body and restores physical vitality and emotional well-being.
